No account managers. You work directly with the two builders executing your vision, start to finish.
We design and develop custom digital products with modern engineering, AI-accelerated workflows, and human judgment at every step.
We use AI to move fast, but we rely on a keen eye to build interfaces people actually want to use.
No account managers. You work directly with the two builders executing your vision, start to finish.
Design and engineering happen in the same room. No lost-in-translation handoffs. No miscommunication.
From the initial database architecture to the final pixel on the screen, we handle the entire launch.
In Japanese craft, a kata is a form you repeat until it's exact, and then keep repeating. We named our principles KATA because that's what they are.
型 kata · the form
We start with the problem, not the feature list. Sometimes that means the build is smaller than you expected. Sometimes it means we tell you not to build at all.
The hard part was never the code. It's knowing what to build, what to cut, and how it should feel in someone's hands. There are a thousand products shipping this month that look and behave the same. Yours shouldn't be one of them.
At handover you own everything. The code, the design system, the docs, the accounts. If the only way to keep your product alive is to keep paying us, we built it wrong.
Whoever answers your message is the person who designed or built your product. If something breaks, you know exactly whose problem it is. Ours.
We turn complex logic into scalable, market-ready products. We architect secure backends and design intuitive, human-centered frontends so you can launch your product with absolute confidence.
We don't just build digital brochures. We engineer fast, responsive websites tailored for B2B startups. You get a custom digital experience designed strictly to convert traffic into revenue.
A predictable, transparent system from first conversation to live product. No surprises, just clean execution at every stage.
Map your business logic, define the user journey, and select the optimal tech stack.
We collaborate with you to shape your vision into clear user flows, process maps, and wireframes. This phase completely establishes the product's mechanics and final visual aesthetic before development begins.
Translate designs into clean, scalable code, built for performance and longevity.
We deploy your product to market. You get full ownership, comprehensive documentation, and a zero-friction handover.
Dedicated support to manage updates, fix bugs, and scale as you grow.

Timelines assume we have what we need from you and that feedback comes back within two working days.
No account managers and no handoffs between agencies. Design and build happen in the same room, so the timelines above are just what building takes.
Split payment plan available: pay monthly across the build, with the total agreed before anything starts.
A homepage is $1,500 fixed and a full website of up to 10 unique pages is $3,500 fixed, with custom design, no templates, and the copy written for you. The one-pager goes live in 7 to 10 days, the full site in 3 to 4 weeks, assuming feedback comes back within two working days. Bigger builds and multi-language sites start at $5,000 and we scope them in one week. Analytics, SEO setup and full ownership are always included, and a split payment plan is available.
Design and build together starts at $6,000, and most apps we build land between $6,000 and $14,000 depending on scope. That price covers complete, launch-ready software, not a bare prototype. If your design and scope are already defined, we build from $4,000. Design and build typically takes 6 to 12 weeks, build only 4 to 8 weeks. After a free scoping call you get a fixed price before anything starts, and you can split it into monthly payments across the build.
Everything. The code, the design system, the docs and the accounts are yours at handover, all in your name. If the only way to keep your product alive were to keep paying us, we built it wrong. That principle has a name at Genten, we call it transfer, don't trap, and it applies to every project we take.
Yes. Full websites ship with a CMS your team can use, so you can change text, images, blog posts and case studies without touching code or waiting on us. We set it up and walk you through it at handover. If you would rather not think about maintenance at all, our care plan from $350 per month covers it.
Yes. Bring what you have and we will audit it honestly: which parts are worth keeping, which are holding you back, and what it takes to get from prototype to a product real users can rely on. Sometimes we finish what you started, sometimes we rebuild it on a foundation that can scale. Either way you get a fixed price before anything starts.
Yes. Matija leads design and brand identity at Genten, so you can add a full brand identity to any website project for $1,500, or we can work within guidelines you already have. Because the same people build your brand and your site, nothing gets lost in a handoff between agencies.
Yes. We are based in Europe and overlap with US Eastern up to 6 hours every working day, and we keep our afternoons open for calls. In practice you get answers inside your own workday, not the next morning.
Yes, as a tool, and only as a tool. AI makes us faster at the repetitive parts of building. The decisions, what to build, what to cut, how it should look and feel in someone's hands, are made by us, never generated. That judgment is the difference between your product and the thousand look-alike products shipping this month.
For testing a rough idea, a builder is honestly a fine start. The problems come later: generated sites look like everyone else's, small changes get surprisingly hard, and the platform owns more of your product than you do. We design deliberately, build custom, and hand over something you own outright. And if a builder really is the right fit for your stage, we will say so on the call.
